For instance:
If the compensation is to be paid as a lump sum, the compensation amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of the Decision on the Criteria and Standards for determining the lease and compensation for the development of building land shall be diminished by 20% and paid within seven days from the day of calculation.
If the compensation is to be paid in installment, exempted from provisions of Article 22, section 2, point 1 and 2 , for the construction of the facilities of productive branches of economic activity of over 2000m2, on condition that the investor is bound to employ more than 30 workers in that facility you can negotiate the lowest amount of the first installment, the possibility of paying the remaining amount of the calculated compensation in equal monthly installments in a longer period, but not longer than 10 years, as well as the grace period for the remaining amount of the calculated amount of 1 to 3 years.
The application for using the favorable conditions stated in the previous section is to be submitted to the Managing Board of the Directorate, who shall examine the soundness of the application and bring the decision upon the aforesaid. The Decision of the Managing Board of the Directorate presents the foundation for concluding a contract on compensation.
For the construction of the facility of productive branches of economic activity of over 2000 m2, the investor who employs 100 and more workers may be exempted from the compensation payments in full.
The Decision on the Exemption from Compensation Payments Liability, in respect of the previous section, shall be brought by Mayor, taking into consideration the interest of the municipality as regards the stimulation of the economic development of the municipality. The adopted Decision of the Mayor presents the foundation for concluding the Contract on Compensation.

The economic and commercial and manufacturing facilities comprise the following:
warehouses, storehouses, warehouse facilities, manufacturing craft, industry, civil engineering, utility facilities, markets, traffic and auxiliary facilities, public garages, business premises in a business facility and additional garage space in these facilities, weighbridge and the facilities of agricultural and processing industry.
When you sign the agreement on leasing the building plot you should turn to the Municipal Administration for Urban Planning and Housing and Utilities Affairs, at number 13 St. Dimitrije Street , at the reception room, for the purpose of getting the Excerpt from the General Regulation Plan.
The obtained excerpt from the General Regulation Plan is then given to your designer to make the draft design of your business premises, and then, you are supposed to submit to this Department the plan together with the design project copy and the excerpt from the land register section of the plot in order to obtain the approval for developing. Now, your designer makes the main project which you will submit to this Department together with the agreement on commencing works on the construction of your future business premises for the purpose of announcing the construction commencement. Once you have finished the construction works you are supposed to turn to the Municipal Department for Urban Planning and Housing and Utilities Affairs again for the purpose of getting a decision on the approval for utilization of your facility.

For issuing the required documents apart from the request you also need additional documents such as: an excerpt from the Land Register and the Copy of the Plan for the land plot of interest, and even if you are not able to submit the aforesaid, the Municipal Government will take care to provide the aforesaid for you, and you will pay only the real costs of obtaining the missing documents.
