Basic reasons why companies should invest are as follows:  

• Existence of fully equipped industrial zones for construction;  
• Existence of Planning Acts which allow construction immediately after a location is taken;       
• Fee exemption for building land development, that is, public utility infrastructure in case of providing employment for more than 100 persons in production facilities;  
• Low-cost full provision of public utility infrastructure on the land (gas, electricity, water, sewerage, telephone) – at only 2.67 euros/m2;   
• Existence of the municipal team which provides the investors with the documents necessary for construction of facilities within short time limits;
