Site description:     Entire location of the industrial zone encompasses 25 000 m2 and is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Sremska Mitrovica – Ruma regional road. It is 1.4 km away from the Belgrade-Zagreb motorway. There are also existing planning acts, so there is a possibility for the investor to build on the location immediately after obtaining it. The land is state-owned and Sremska Mitrovica municipality holds the right of use with the possibility of leasing the land for 99 years provided by the terms of open competition.   

Infrastructure: 
Waterworks network: there is a primary line, 200 mm in diameter, right next to the location
Gas network: there is a medium pressure gas network right next to the location.
Power network: existing 20/0.4 kV pre-fabricated power transformers with 2*630kV of installed power 
Roads: a road was built right next to the location – width of the road is 6 m
