Local initiative

There are appropriate favourable conditions regarding the payment of the fee for developing building land and they are:
- Fee reduction by 20% if the total amount is paid at once.
- If, however, the fee is not paid at once, it can be paid in 12 monthly installments.
- If the facility built has a large number of employees (over 100) and area of over 2000 m2, the investor is exempted from paying the fee.
- If the facility built has a large number of employees (over 30) and area of over 2000 m2, the investor is enabled to pay the fee over a ten-year period in installments with a grace period of 1 – 3 years.
