Water supply network: The available industrial zones Lake (Jezero) and North (Sever) in Sremska Mitrovica have an existing water supply Ø200 mm and the price of connection for production facilities is 100 000 dinars.
If an investor builds an economic-production facility of over 2000 m2 and hires more than 100 employees, they are exempted from paying the building land development fee for the water supply network.
Gas:
Sewerage network: The available industrial zones Lake (Jezero) and North (Sever) in Sremska Mitrovica have an existing sewerage network and the price of connection production facilities is 20 000 dinars.
If an investor builds an economic-production facility of over 2000 m2 and hires more than 100 employees, they are exempted from paying the building land development fee for the sewerage network.
